For every non-PIN transaction made, Raiz donates $0.05 to family care grants, medical equipment, training, medical programs and all the money stays right here in El Paso. The more you swipe, the more money they receive!

The card order fee is $5 (applicable for replacement cards with the same design as well).

Report your El Paso Children’s Hospital Debit Card lost or stolen by calling 915-843-8328 during business hours or the 24-hour cardholder service at 1-800-472-3272 (toll-free).

A replacement card will automatically be mailed to you within 2 business days from the date you reported it lost/stolen as long as the $5 order fee is available in your account. If the $5 is not available, then a standard debit card will be mailed to you.
