Once your mobile check deposit is made, a staff member will review the check and send you a notification whether the check was processed, or rejected. You will receive an email from our system that your check was received. (This receipt does not mean your check contains no errors and still may be rejected.) After this, you will receive a second email that your mobile deposited check was processed or rejected with the reason why.
